The OMER FOX 50 VX Scissor Lift is an electro-hydraulic scissor lift with a lifting capacity of 5000kg, and a platform length of 5260mm. This lift has been purpose built for vehicle testing and meets the required specification for commercial vehicle inspection lifts in Ireland. The distance from the centre of the play detector plates to the rear of the lift is a massive 4750mm which easily allows for the testing of LWB vans like the MAN TGE and the Mercedes Sprinter LWB. The OMER FOX VX lift also comes with an increased speed upgrade for lifting and lowering to improve the efficiency and flow of the test lane.

The OMER FOX 50 VX Scissor Lift has various safety features to ensure maximum safety whilst using lift. It includes a parachute valve on the lift and lifting table, with automatically operated mechanical safety locks to prevent accidents. Photocells control the synchronisation of the runways. The control panel also includes low voltage 24v controls, a limit switch and acoustic warning for the lowering of the ramp as well as dead-man controls.
